REGISTRATION OF WORLD DISTRICT

Under Article 19 of Constitution for the Federation of Earth CONFORMATION OF A WORLD ELECTORAL DISTR

1. For the Delimitation and Organization of the World Electoral Districts, the mandates of the World Constitution for the Federation of the Earth (EC) will be followed and it will be a priority task of the WCPA, above any other task.

To start a District, a Promoter Team of at least three people will be organized, who have ratified the EC. This team will act as Provisional District Assembly. The basic functions of this team are to promote the registration of World Citizens in the District, the individual ratification of the EC by them, and to establish goals for the systematic increase in the number of registered voters. They will be awarded a special certificate with their accreditation and functions as District delegates to the Provisional World Parliament.

2. During the current time of the “Provisional World Government,” the goal will be to elect in the District (We are currently working to develop secure online voting for these purposes): a) a District Assembly (60 people with their alternate),

b) a representative to the Provisional World Parliament,

c) a representative before the House of Peoples (when it is decided to install it) and

d) a Permanent Electoral Committee (3 people with their alternate).

3. Once sufficient promotion has been made in the District, the Promoter Team (Provisional District Assembly), with the support of the WCPA Ratification and Election Commissions, will carry out an election / ratification process, following the legislation that exists for that case, to choose the representatives and to ratify the EC.

While the elections process takes place, the Promoter Team (Provisional District Assembly) will act as the Provisional Electoral Team and as the Provisional District Assembly and will elect from among its members the representative to the Provisional World Parliament and the representative to the House of Peoples. Its members may participate in other responsibilities in the District.
